The IT Help Desk provides first-level technical support to all faculty, staff, and students of Treasure Valley Community College. We are committed to assisting the computer and telecommunication needs of all employees and students by providing detailed resolutions and general system information for common problems.

Your request will be assigned a number and you will receive an email confirmation that your ticket was received.

Hours of operation:
Monday - Thursday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
The help desk is closed when campus is closed.
Walk in support is available from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
